At The Neurodiverse City Hub, we’re a not-for-profit organisation powered by our community. Every membership and donation helps us support neurodivergent individuals and families across the UK — and we’re grateful for your trust.

These Terms of Sale apply to donations and membership payments made through our website.

1. Payments and Memberships

  • We use Stripe to securely process payments.

  • Membership fees are taken on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your selection).

  • All prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable VAT (if applicable in future).

  • By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and to Stripe’s terms of service.

2. Donations

  • All donations go directly toward funding our services, support network, resources, and campaigning efforts.

  • Donations are voluntary and, in most cases, non-refundable.

  • If you believe a donation was made in error or without your knowledge, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

3. Refunds

We understand that life (and executive function) can get in the way. If you’ve been charged for something you didn’t mean to continue — like forgetting to cancel your membership — we’ll always aim to be understanding.

Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:

  • Whether the service has already been accessed or used

  • Whether the charge was genuinely unexpected

  • How long ago the payment was made

We want to do right by our community, so please just get in touch.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your member account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

5. Changes to Our Policy

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
